Job Title: Geography Teacher
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
- Develop the lesson plans through which we conceptualise learning material, competitive/non-competitive exam prep solutions and homework solutions..
- Research grade-appropriate material, children’s literature.
- Stay abreast of education trends and best practices.
- Provide subject vision and lead the subject team to meet goals and hit monthly KPI’s.
Requirements
- A minimum of a degree in related study,. and minimum of (BSc Second-Class Upper Honours)
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in a similar subject .
- Must have background teaching in geography
- Must be willing to resume immediately
- Prior experience and in-depth knowledge of the Nigerian school Curriculum
- Honesty, integrity and an excellent work ethic.
- Strong problem solving and communication abilities.
- Excited by and open to new ideas and new ways of doing things.
- Flexibility with a strong sense of ownership for work.
- The ability to write clearly and concisely.
- Coordination and time management skills.
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a teacher
- Proficiency with Computers, Google Cloud, MS Word, and similar tools.
