Time frames:

Documents production time: 14 – 28 working days (on average 18 days).

Visa issuance time:

40 – 85 working days.
After the documents are released, you need to register for the submission date 3 weeks before the
documents are activated.

Documents required From Candidate for submission:

  • International Passport scan (page)
  • Knowledge of English at a communicative level
  • Updated CV

A package of documents that the candidate will receive from the employer:

  • An invitation letter from the company
  • Work contact
  • CRPS (company registration certificate)
  • A document on the systematization of available vacancies in the company with a seal
  • PPZ (issued for a group of people corresponding to the number of candidates applied for work)

Documents required for visa application:

It is required that candidates individually check with the consulate what documents are required for
submission.
Attention – Candidates start preparing documents for visa application immediately after they apply for
the documents!

  1. Letter of invitation from the company
  2. Employment contract
  3. CRPS (Certificate of Incorporation)
  4. PPZ number in paper form with a stamp on request at the embassy
  5. Document on the systematization of available vacancies in the company with a stamp.
  6. Bank statement with a stamp – not required, but recommended (500-2000 EUR in the account) sually, candidates deposit funds into their bank account, make this statement, and withdraw funds
  7. Police clearance certificate in English – not required, but recommended
  8. Medical insurance for 180 days (tourist type)
  9. School diploma or certificate of education – translated and notarized by the Serbian relevant authority.
  10. Airfare reservation to Belgrade.
  11. Payment of the visa fee (Payment details will be created when you fill out the visa application form on the last page)

Job description:

The worker performs various tasks within the food production process, including preparation,
packaging, and maintaining cleanliness according to the company’s procedures and technological standards.


Main duties:

  • Performs work in production, preparation, and delivery of goods according to company procedures
  • Prepares fruits and vegetables for canning: washing, sorting, measuring, and removing spoiled parts
  • Processes and stores fruits and vegetables according to the employer’s instructions.
  • Operates production line machines and equipment
  • Maintains hygiene and cleanliness of equipment, workplace, and production area
  • Keeps common areas, employer’s premises, and parking areas clean
  • Checks product quality manually and mechanically
  • Performs other duties assigned by superiors according to competence

Additional information:

The D-type visa is issued for 1 year, with the possibility of extension for another year.
Service fees are up to 260 EUR.
All electronic documents are valid for 180 days.
Upon arrival in the country, the employer provides assistance with the Temporary residence permit
(TRC) application.
If the employee decides to terminate the employment contract before its agreed end date, they are
required to reimburse the employer 180 EUR for the TRC.
Before submitting the visa application, the employer carefully verifies all documents to ensure they
are complete and accurate. In case the consulate refuses to accept the application, the employer supports the
candidate in submitting an appeal and, if necessary, helps to reissue the documents, depending on the reason
for the 

Salary and Benefits:

  • Basic salary:800 € – 1200 €/month (depending on experience and performance).
    Allowances:
  • Free transport provided by the employer
  • Paid overtime as specified above
    Accommodation:
  • Accommodation provided by the employer in a modern 3-room apartment with excellent living
    conditions.
    • Free meals at the workplace.
    Note: does not cover injuries resulting from failure to wear the required protective equipment at
    work
