ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an excellent Human resource officer for our client, that can take initiative. Some of the responsibilities are enumerated below:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAnalyze internal training needs in conjunction with departmental managers and support in the development employee capacity development program that will address the highlighted learning needs.
Manage employee grievances and implement, queries, warnings, and disciplinary procedures where necessary
Coordinate and manage period employee experience surveys and candidates experience surveys to enhance our employer branding
Development and coordination of employees bonding events
Generalist administrative duties to include; documents creations and review, employee documentation and database management, leave management etc.
Support with recruitment, onboarding of new and offboarding of ex-staff
Previous work experience in a Financial institution is an added advantage.
OUR ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
Academic qualification.Bsc, HND in a related field
Quality work experience
Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
Excellent professional communication skills
Willingness to work flexibly
