- B.Ed or B.A / B.Sc. with PGDE ( Knowledge of ICE (IGCSE) Curriculum will be an added advantage )
- Required years of teaching experience : Not less than five years
- Educational certification necessary and certificates in relevant fields are required.
- Teaching experience with certificate classes is an added advantage.
- In-depth knowledge of teaching methods.

- Well-organized with excellent leadership abilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills.
