Job Summary

A leading International Education Consulting firm is looking to hire for the position of a Business Communications Associate. The candidate will be responsible for Business Communications, Social Media Management, Content & Strategy, Advertising and Brand Promotional activities that drive business growth and enhance the identity of the organization. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement an effective business communications strategy for the firm that builds and maintains a positive corporate brand and promotes the achievement of company goals. 
  • Effectively communicate company bouquet of services to prospective clients and target audiences via strategic marketing communications channels. 
  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate organizations, partner schools, prospective clients, and general audiences that will help promote our work. 
  • Develop and disseminate business communications materials that increase our visibility among clients and stakeholders. 
  • Identify target audiences and create strategies to effectively engage them, including advertising message development, website and social media content creation and media outreach.  
  • Ensure digital marketing content aligns with corporate brand’s identity and drive social media marketing campaigns. 
  • Oversee corporate communications and branding in various online and print platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and blog posts.  

Job Requirements

  • A university degree or equivalent is needed for this position.  
  • Previous experience (minimum 3 – 4 years) in business communications, content generation and social media management strategy. 
  • Great content writer, knowledgeable and active in the use of social media
  • Quick learner and ability to work with minimal supervision 
  • Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills  
  • Excellent social media marketing and management skills  
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills  
  • Excellent team work and interpersonal relationship skills  
  • Ability to multi-task effectively and deliver the job on schedule  
  • Ability to analyse situations, evaluate alternatives, and implement solutions
  • Ability to use initiative and exercise good judgment on the job  
  • Computer proficient and knowledgeable in the use of Microsoft packages etc.
  • Good understanding of the regulatory framework of structured and other forms of finance in Nigeria and around the world.
