The successful applicant will get deeply involved with reviewing the growth and funding strategies for clients , provides investment information and financial advice to enhance the returns on funds managed and monitoring different aspects of portfolio performance.
Portfolio Monitoring & Strategy:
• Be part of the loan approve deals for customers and working closely with the founders to assess our Loan’ performance
• Tracking and interpreting KPIs and helping make strategic recommendations
• Producing our in-depth Monthly Portfolio Review analysis covering individual company performance, investment committee papers and overall portfolio valuation / IRR Caring out research and market analysis to assist in identifying investment opportunities.
• Keeping abreast of business developments, trends and business opportunities.
Transaction Support:
• Being a key support analyst on transactions – Equity fund raises or exit processes
• Helping with the execution of loan recovery by working closely with credit officers
• Sourcing, structuring, modelling and execution of new transactions as well as the maintenance of the existing portfolios
• Carries out due diligence analyses on potential customer for loan disbursement
Experience:
A minimum of 3 years relevant industry experience in Microfinance Institution and banking or corporate finance, the areas of fund administration, investment operations, and Loan management
